Here's hoping your tree finds a perch soon. ;oD

Joshie does look little up on that mower doesn't he; he was so proud. It's hard to believe Bri was that little when he started, but he had just turned 8 when we moved up here, and that's when JR started training him. It took a few years and a lot of patience to get him to do it just the way Daddy likes . . . um - perfectly. But once he got it down, he delighted in the beauty of those perfect, diagonal lines as much as his daddy. The nice thing is that by the time they turn 12 or 13, they're really good enough to mow for someone else and make a little moola. That's always a good thing!

*sigh* All my babies are growing up at the same time, Momma. Some days I think my heart will burst, but I'm not sure if it's because I am so incredibly proud of them or because I simultaneously ache with a sense of loss. And for the record, I'll still be calling the little goober Joshie - lol - I sometimes forget and call the man-child Bri Bri. One can never escape their mother's cuddling (nor her pet names). :o)

Give Daddy a hug from me. Eye doctor follow-up is Monday, right? Call me afterwards.
