Five Years

Five years ago today was a day like all days......

EXCEPT

Mr. and Mrs Deputy had an appointment with the hospital...

they were going to have a wonderful baby boy...

Mimi, Brian, Brittany, Bridget, And Josh waited at home while this little boy was being born...

AND

As soon as he was born Mr. Deputy (whom we all call Daddy) called us and we all flew to the hospital to see this new little boy...

He was smiling, and squirming, and wiggling,
Mommy was sleeping, and smiling, and resting.
Daddy was smiling, and beaming, and bragging.

And Mimi, Brian, Brittany, Bridget and Josh were all smiling, and grinning, and watching this new little beautiful baby boy, as he looked back at us and wondered..

"Wow, is this really all the people I heard talking, and singing to me while I was in mommy's tummy waiting to be born...

I think I recognize Josh's voice...He liked to sing to me and tell me he loved me"

I am going to love being in this family!

Of course that was five years ago...

What do you think he would say today? Does he still think that Josh can sing good?

I am sure that he knows that they all love him!!

(Including Mimi and Papaw)

Happy Birthday Jon!!!
Love, Mimi and Papaw
